All of Coram Ranch's rooms come in various sizes, equipped with different appliances. Each room also comes with linens, towels, and cleaning supplies. When you book with us, you'll get the chance to choose which rooms best suit your guests. Check in is at 10:00 am, and check out is at 3:00 pm.

We recommend taking advantage of the beautiful scenery by going for walks or bike rides on the Sacramento River Trail that runs along the ranch. Bring your boats if you'd like to go out into the water.

River House

Our beautiful River House includes the following:

• Sunroom that overlooks the Sacramento River
• Front deck that overlooks the Shasta Dam
• Small eating area
• Full kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave
• Large living room with a queen hide-a-bed
• Two bathrooms
• Bedroom with another queen bed
• Master bedroom with a California king bed and attached bathroom

Dogwood House

The lovely Dogwood House includes:

• A deck that overlooks the Sacramento River
• A large kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave
• A fully functional laundry facility
• A large living room with a TV (can only play DVDs)
• Two bathrooms
• One futon
• Two queen sized beds
• Two twin sized beds
