Enjoy a relaxing weekend on a private ranch with beautiful nature views. Here at Coram Ranch, we provide our guests with the opportunity to rent out the entire ranch. This is perfect for events that involve large groups, such as a corporate event or family reunion.

Full Ranch Rentals

• Sleeps 43 people
• $2,400 per night
• $500 one-time payment for cleaning fee
• Alpine, Birch, Cedar, Dogwood and River Homes
• Game room
• Pool
• All amenities
• Around $260 occupancy tax daily

A full ranch rental requires a stay of three nights minimum. Check in is at 10:00 am, and check out is at 3:00 pm. All homes have evaporated coolers and central heat.

Half Ranch Rentals

If you have less than 30 members in your group, you can save money by renting out half of our ranch:

• $1,820 per night
• $300 one-time payment for cleaning fee
• About $162 occupancy tax daily
• Alpine, Birch, and Cedar Homes
• Game room
• Pool
• All amenities

Our half-ranch rentals also requires a stay of three nights minimum. Check in is at 10:00 am, and check out is at 3:00 pm. All homes have evaporated coolers and central heat.
